An insurance coverage estimate will be given during treatment, but it's not guaranteed. We file insurance claims as a courtesy, but your financial obligation remains. If the insurance payment differs from the estimate, you'll be billed or credited accordingly. Feel free to ask about our financial policies or financing options before treatment.
